EAST MEETS EAST

So, we've been a little quiet of late – sorry about that – we've been putting the magnificent BEAUTY ISSUE to bed and have been a little preoccupied making sure that it looks its very best.

You'll be glad to know that it is now off at the printers and due to hit the shelves all over the world from Friday 10th December. Besides celebrating a world of beauty, we're also focussing our travel pages on our home city of London. To launch this, we've teamed up with East London party queens 'Sink the Pink' to throw 'EAST MEETS EAST' – the queerest party this season, on the 17th December 2010 at the Bethnal Green Working Men's Club in London.

Expect a night of queer hedonism, performances and partying for one night only as we bring a touch of Eastern Block stylings to East London. An up-for-it, queer London, fashion, party crowd - expect everything from chunky electro to ra-ra-rasputin. Plus special performances from Jonny Woo, Ma Butcher, A Man to Pet and the Sink the Pink dancers. FRIDAY 17 DECEMBER 2010, 10pm til LATE
